Arza & Legazpi was founded by two professionals with wide-ranging experience in the fields of management consulting, and people management and development.
Our names are our brand, and our tagline derives from the inspiration that led us to create the firm: Putting people at the heart of what we do.
We rely on extensive knowledge and proven methods, but we are very aware that listening to our clients is what matters most. We have a consolidated team of consultants who regularly collaborate with us, all of whom are top experts in their respective fields and share our values. We are personally accountable for our work: we are not an anonymous consulting firm; we are consultants who put our names to what we do.
With more than 20 years of experience in HR, he has been the Manager of HayGroup, Head of HR in an insurance company, and General Manager in an industrial company.
Eduard Legazpi was in charge of HR Management at Commercial Union (insurance sector) and was the Consulting Manager at Hay Group. He then became Managing Director of Tremesa (capital equipment sector) and, subsequently, Associate Director of Humannova.
He is a Lecturer in Human Resources and a Careers Counsellor at various business schools: EADA, IQS, CEF, UB and EUNCET.
Eduard Legazpi holds bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and in History from the University of Barcelona and an MBA from ESADE.
He has been Consultant and Consulting Manager at HayGroup. Later he worked at Mercer Consulting as Director of HR Development Consulting.
Juan F. Arza was a Consultant and the Consulting Manager at Hay Group. He then became Director of HR Development Consulting at Mercer Consulting and, subsequently, Associate Director of Humannova.
He is a Lecturer in Human Resources and Management Skills at various business schools: La Salle BES, Barcelona Management School, CEF.
Juan F. Arza holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the Autonomous University of Barcelona, an MBA from ESADE, a master’s in HR Management from BarcelonaTech (UPC), and he has undertaken a Management Development Programme at IESE. He was trained in Executive Coaching at the European School of Coaching (EEC).
Collaborates with Arza&Legazpi in change management projects, climate and culture, evaluation, development, executive coaching and team development, etc.
Mònica Ariza collaborates with Arza & Legazpi on projects relating to change management, climate and culture, evaluation, development, executive coaching and team development, among others.
Since 2001, she has worked in the domain of multinational companies with head offices in Barcelona, including Gallina Blanca, Almirall and Vueling, where she was in charge of Talent Development and Management. In consulting, she worked for Hay Group, where she took part in organisational, team and professional development projects.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the Autonomous University of Barcelona, a postgraduate qualification in Personnel Administration and Management from the University of Barcelona, and she has undertaken an Executive Programme in Human Resources Management at ESADE. She trained as a Coach at the European School of Coaching (EEC) and has undertaken the Accredited Coach Training Programme of the International Coach Federation – specialising in coaching for teens – and a Coaching Supervision Programme, also at the EEC. In addition, she has specialised in happiness-based development of organisational cultures.
She works as a coach and trainer for Arza&Legazpi. She is a collaborator and teacher of Management Skills at La Salle BES, and has been responsible for In Company Training at EADA.
Jaione Mendizábal collaborates with Arza & Legazpi as a Lecturer in Management Skills and a Coach. She was the Director of the In-Company Department at EADA until May 2013. Prior to that, she managed the Training Department of the ITM Ibérica group (Intermarché). She is a lecturer in Management Skills at La Salle BES. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Work and Organisational Psychology from the University of Barcelona and a master’s in Strategic HR Management from EADA. She was trained in Coaching by CTI/AUGERE and holds an international master’s in Leadership and Organisational Coaching from EADA. She is currently taking a master’s in NLP and Coaching that is internationally certified by The Society of NLPTM - Richard Bandler.
Collaborates with Arza & Legazpi in projects of evaluation and development of people. He developed his professional career at Mercuri Urval to later start creating his own company of selection.
Albert Lara collaborates with Arza & Legazpi on people evaluation and development projects.
He began his career in Human Resources at Mercuri Urval as an International Business Consulting and Talent Management Service Champion. He then became Consulting Manager at Axxon HR. He has collaborated with Proarcai Management Consulting and with Arza & Legazpi on various consulting projects.
Albert Lara holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Barcelona and an Executive MBA from EADA. He speaks five languages fluently and has worked on international consulting and international cooperation projects in Latin America, Europe and Africa.
Collaborate with Arza&Legazpi since 2016 giving support in the management of organization and people development projects.
Javier Dueso has been working with Arza & Legazpi since 2016, providing project-management support for organisational management and people development projects for Zurich Insurance Group and Banco Sabadell, among others. Prior to that, he worked as a Consultant at Page Group.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Abad Oliba CEU University, is studying Economics and Business Administration & Management, and holds a master’s in Project Management from EAE Business School.
